Many years ago I met a sculptor who explained that each of us is like a sculpture, the good and bad expereinces of life 'sculpting' us into who we are today. He said that for us to become a 'balanced' sculpture, we need to have both good and bad experiences in life. His words later gave me the courage to look for the lessons contained within bad experiences, allowing me to make many changes that reshaped not only me, but my life.
